Introduction of Business Matching Meeting
Mfair is the International Exhibition and Business Matching Platform for manufacturing companies to find new suppliers, customers or partners in Thailand, joined by many Japanese and related Japanese companies and Thai local companies who wish to expand the market for their own products, display the products they want to buy/sell and do business meetings with other companies.
From 2017 onward, the event hall will be changed to Hall 105 in order to attract more visitors.

[Feature]
1.High accuracy match making
Organizer will provide business meeting time schedule to exhibitors based on exhibitors and visitors demands before event.

2. Business meeting with each ASEAN countries
The event will be co-located with Manufacturing Expo(51,810 visitors in 2016).
This will allow exhibitors to have meetings with not only Japanese companies, but also Thai local companies and companies from other ASEAN countries as well.

As exhibitors can choose matching partner online before the event, a company with broad range of customers/suppliers can easily find other companies with matching procurement/selling needs and apply for business meeting with them.In 2016, there are some exhibitors with almost 40 matching appointments before the event.

■Company with both procurement and selling needs
Companies with procurement needs (want to buy any product) can easily get attention from other companies that want to sell products.Through procurement activities, the companies that meet in the fair can expand their networks and possibly find new customers.

■Use all event’s features and benefits
Companies that actively put their information on the Mfair website, send matching requests to other exhibitors and spend time promoting their businesses via the website before the fair are more likely to obtain greater results from the event.
Event Hall
The event will be held at BITEC Bangna, the same place as Mfair 2016. In 2017,the event hall will be changed to Hall 105 in order to strengthen our collaboration with Manufacturing Expo and attract more visitors.
Floor layout
The event area is divided into Manufacturer Area (A) and Solution Area (B).
Please choose the area you would like to exhibit in the application form.For booth location, locations closer to the main entrance will be given to exhibitors who apply early.
Exhibitors can select exhibiting booth first come first served basis.

- Early bird prices are for companies that apply within 1 month after the start of application period (max. 50 companies only)
- Exhibitors can apply maximum 1 booth.
- The price is in THB. In case of payment in JPY, please pay to the Japanese account.
In case of payment by JPY, please use the following calculation method:
(Exhibiting fee + VAT 7%) * TTS rate + Administrative fee 5% = JPY price. (round off 10 JPY)

- Please use the TTS rate of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ for calculating (the date for TTS rate will be determined once application period starts)
- All remittance charges will be on exhibitors (OUR, receiving fees etc.)
- 1,000 THB + VAT will be added for postal service charge, if exhibitors wish to order guidebooks from outside Thailand.
- Rental, interpreter, audio and other service will be charged additionally. For more detail, FNA will inform later.
- The case of payment form Thai company, please deduct 3% withholding tax from payment amount before VAT.
Business Matching System
Matching will be done between exhibitors & exhibitors and exhibitors & visitors before the event.
Organizer will distribute each exhibitors business matching meeting time schedule before event.
※1. For exhibitor –exhibitor meetings, the meeting schedule will be set based on each exhibitors online matching request
※2. For exhibitor –visitor meetings, the organizer will arrange the schedule based on exhibitors’ procurement needs
※3. Business meeting during the 3-day event will be conducted based on matching schedule
※4. 30 minutes per one meeting with 15-minute break


Matching Support Activities
1. Buyer’s Village
Organizer will provide free booths to major companies with only procurement needs.
The “buyers” will also register their procurement needs on the Mfair website. Therefore, exhibitors will be able to sell product to these major buyers by applying for business meeting online.
※The co-sponsors will also recruit other companiesto join the fair. The organizer will check and determine whether those companies fulfill the requirements for free exhibiting or not.
2. Matching Coordinator
This is a service that was applied from 2016 onward.The matching coordinators will listen to exhibitor’s demands and pick up potential companies for matching.The matching coordinators can provide advises ands support both before and during the event.
3. Inviting Thai Local Companies
The organizer will work with Thai government institutions and hold a seminar to attract Thai local companies to visit the event.
